Makes short work of redfish ribs

Sometime in the 90s, got tired of cussing redfish ribs on the wood-handle Rapala and discovered an electric knife just through the ribs was the way to go. As soon as I'm through the ribs, switch back to my good sharp fillet.

The motor is slow and torque-y, the long blades are the perfect shape and length, and the battery lasts amazingly - charge it up at the beginning of the year, and it's still going at the end of the year. My charger died after first use, think I may have salted it at a cleaning stand. I had to pay a bit to ship the whole thing back to Rapala for the warranty repair, but they did great, and no worries with the knife in the two years since.

Really impressed

I was skeptical at buying a cordless filet knife because I was worried about it having enough battery life but this in was great and I have no problems with it. Plenty of battery life to clean my catch and no wires to get in the way. Excellent purchase in my book
