Need saltwater safe reels , bait casters, that can take saltwater without locking up. How will this do

The Okuma Cerros reels will hold up sufficiently when used in salt water so long as they are properly cared for. We highly recommend lightly rinsing off reels with freshwater after every use.

Arun, The Cerros is designed for saltwater use. We recommend spraying it down after every use with fresh water and maybe a little soap.

Does an extra spool comes with this reel? If not, what is the cost of an extra spool for Okuma Cerros?

Arun, This reel does not come with a spare spool. Unfortunately We do not sell spare spools for this reel and i am unable to get you a price for a spare spool. That would have to be ordered directly from Okuma.
