Steve,
The Okuma Alaris spinning reel can be fished either right or left hand by switching the handle from one side to the other. Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with.

The Okuma Alaris Spinning Reels do not come with an adjustable clicker. The sound of the drag will be natural to the reel as are most spinning reels.
