Good but not as good as the XL

I purchased this lure in the XL version as well. I like how far I can cast and still has good action and still will entice a strike, but this lure has a habit of hooking itself. Yes I am a beginner and the issue may be in my casting error or even the high wind may be a cause. But the fact is I didnt have the issue with the XL. About 10% of my casts resulted in the lure hooking… read more itself. Still a good option but I prefer the XL.

This is my go-to lure for targeting trout inshore. My water is murky so the Electric Chicken is clutch for visibility.

I use this lure mainly in inshore saltwater estuaries. It seems to work best in low light environments (dawn, dusk, and heavy overcast). Snook go crazy for this lure.

I mainly fish inshore saltwater estuaries. I work this lure with a twitch, twitch, pause pattern. This lure has a great flash on the twitches. Strikes seem to occur during the pause. If snook are around they cant seem to resist this lure. I would highly recommend this lure.
