By "Right Hand Reel" does that mean you reel with your right hand and hold the rod with your left or does it mean you hold the rod with your right hand and reel with your left?

The Lew's SC600 Speed Cast Reel is rated to for 300 yds of 15 lb mono. I would imagine you could get 200 yds of 20 lb mono on this reel.
