Good but not Great.
I gave it 3 stars for 2 reason one, the paint chips very easy, you have to be careful with them. And two, the drag. I was fight a red fish and I thought the drag was sufficient but it pull line and got off. Could've been my fault. The last fish of the day, I remembered the one that got away pulled too much drag so I crank down about a quarter turn because a half turn was way too… read more tight. Well a quarter turn was way too tight as well, the line broke. I never turned the fish around and no line come off the spool. It seems theres a fine line between too much and not enough. If you don't mind loosening the drag after the hook set to fight the fish theres no problems and I do that a lot with bass and sometimes red fish. With this real all the time with red fish. Im hoping it'll get better the more used, maybe get a little wear on the drag washers.
This is a saltwater reel and does not have much protection against salt corrosion however if you take very good care of it and rinse after use it will hold up. Also if you only use for smaller inshore species.
