Great catfish reel. Brass gears inside,The clicker isn't very loud though.

I bought this reel earlier this year and have fished with it quite a few times already. It is mounted on a Whisker Seeker 7`6" MH rod. I also enjoy casting practice in the back yard with various equipment. This reel is getting smoother and smoother as it gets used. The largest fish for me on this reel so far is 10 pounds, and it handled it like it was nothing. This reel has a nice… read more smooth drag, a loud enough clicker, and casts like a dream with zero backlash. The next time I need a reel like this, it will be another one of these. I highly recommend.
