Twisted and spaghettied as I tried to put in on the reel; and as soon as I let up tension, it'd loosen around the spool and tangle itself all over the reel. I gave up after 3 tries and pulled out some old Trilene, which went on without a hitch (as it always does). Maybe I was just unlucky with this particular purchase; but in more than 50 years of fishing, this was easily the worst…
