Its made in the USA.Best when rigged with 80-130# fluorocarbon leader with a 7/0-9/0 hook (preferably Mustad 7691) and a 1/2-1.5 ounce chin weight for the ballyhoo (preferably medium to horse size ballyhoo depending on what size tuna you are targeting).
