Workhorse reel
This reel is my go to trow big propellers for giant peacock bass, the reel is strong enough to handle those powerful runs, but also is light enough to fish it all day long.
Diawa C Coastal Reel
Very nice in the hand. Like the large handle and knobs. Held a good amount of Power Pro, enough for my needs for this reel.
Awesome reel for bass and inshore
Super impressed with the smoothness of this reel. I use this bad boy for top water frogs and swimbaits for snooks and reds. Definitely gets the job done at a decent price!
Awesome reel
Ive used this reel for two seasons for flounder, bluefish and stripers and its been flawless. Great casting and smooth retrieve under any kind of load. Paired with a Star seagis it feels like a light freshwater setup, but it has the muscle to handle just about anything.
Great reel
great reel for throwing topwater baits and twitch baits for trout down south in NC and SC. Great control with virtually no backlashes. sturdy frame and comfortable handle.
Fast service from Tackle Direct.
My Go To

Ken,
The St.Croix Triumph Inshore Casting rod TRIC70MHF will pair nicely with the Daiwa Coastal TWS Baitcasting reel for fluke, blackfish, and seabass. Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with.

Yes, this reel would be a great choice for throwing topwaters and other plugs at stripers.
Hello Hector,

Yes, that rod would pair well with the coastal for what you are trying to use it for.

Tight lines!

They are pretty similar reels but have a few differences outside of price. The Coastal TWS is a 200 sized reel while the Zillion HD is a 100 size. The Zillion ends
