Alex T 3 years ago

So the AGS guides are claimed to be one of the lightest, strongest guides on the market, so they are much better. However there it nothing wrong with the Titanium guides and they too will certainly hold up to the test of time.
Either way this rod would

Will the 7ft Inshore pair well with the VSX150 (12oz) reel?

Alex T 4 years ago

I would advise against this pairing, while this is an awesome well built rod I think that a VSX150 would be way overkill for this rod and not balance very well.
Depending on what you're fishing for I would pair this rod with a Shimano Stradic 4000 or Da
