I have the 7’ MH paired with a sustain 5000. I pulled in a 50lB ray with this rod, while others were loosing their tackle with big surf rods. Good looking rod and great inshore fishing

These rods are more designed for the inshore waters of the Northeast U.S., but they could definitely be used for mid-size tarpon and smaller billfish such as sails and smaller marlin.
