Difference between Grappler & Game Type Slow J...
Game Type has
1st. Spiral-X Core - 2.5x stronger than Spiral-X (thanks to NANOALLOY? technology)
2nd. CI4+ reel seat
3rd. Stainless LKW guides / SiC rings
4th Shimano Japan tester Hiro Yamamoto developed Game Type Slow J as the beginner rod.
I highly recommend this rod.

I have a Daiwa Lexa 400HD 7:1, which one of these rods would it pair up with best?

Austin Kearney 3 years ago

The 6'6" MH model would match nicely with that reel and should be a good mid-point for an a ll-around rod for the Game Type Slow Jigging series.

What is the light lure in grams this rod could effectively work with. ?

I would recommend at least 100g jig to allow this rod to provide the proper action
