This is a solid workhorse of a rod. All the Ugly Stiks I own have been in use for years, some 10+ and going. All of them punch well above their weight. This one in particular has gone with me to Brazil and had no difficulty with anything in the Amazon. It's not a bargain because of the price. In all honesty, one of the most underrated rods, this rod was sold out for such a long time and I can see why. Its to bad that more people do not review this rod online and on Youtube.
