Elements of a fine Rogue Rod: Blank: We make our blanks in our Oregon factory. We use premium aerospace-grade graphite and resin. Rogue Rods? design philosophy is to work to perfection through steady refinement. We also know when to leave a fantastic rod alone. We leave our blanks in their natural g...raphite color. Painting graphite rods can compromise their action. Handles: Portuguese cork is the best material for fishing rod handles. It feels better in the summer and winter. We have looked at all the man-made materials (graphite and foam) and nature still wins. Rogue Rods all feature premium cork grips. Guides: We use top quality Batson guides carefully placed with the correct number to optimize performance. Wraps: We use black thread with gold trim with two coats of Flex Coat UV proof epoxy. Badge: We carefully place our gold Rogue Rod decal that states our rod line rating and lure weight. An $8.00 oversize packaging charge applies to this item as it ships in a long heavy duty tube to protect your items. This fee will still apply when discount shipping coupons are used.

Rogue spinning rods
I have been using my rogue rod for 20 years with no problems. My personal best striped bass was caught on this rod (52lb) along with many other fish. When my son wanted a new and better rod I got him the Rogue. I will be a Rogue owner until you guys stop making them.
My favorite light tackle rod
My father had bought this rouge when I was a child. I am now 28 and nearly 20 years later this is still my go to rod for bluefish, stripers, albies, and bonito. Might have to pick one more up before they're gone for good.
Brett,
Unfortunately the Rogue Rod company went out of business a few years back and we do not have any rods or blanks in stock. You might be able to find the blank on EBAY. Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with.
