Used this for a long range blue fin tuna trip and the colors made it so easy to know where you are in the water column that you are in the zone every time. It is very smooth for casting lures without getting backlash.

Love this stuff for both Jig fishing as well as trolling. Allows you to know exctly where you are so you can repeat your presentation. Knots very well to mono top shots.

I put this line on an accurate bv2-500n reel - for a slow pitch jigging rod. Metered braid is a game changer for jigging and bait fishing. Over the years I've changed over my reels a metered braid as I've re-spooled my reels.

I enjoy using this line for bottom fishing it is nice to see the line change colors while dropping down and reeling up line color also gives a hint on how much line you have out. I should have bought a bigger spool because I will be using it on almost all of my reels.

Been fishing with power pro braid for years. I like the depth hunter for two main reasons. First, when I'm on a wreck and fish seem to be holding a little above it it's real easy to drop right into it. Second, when trolling and you have to let out X number of feet, makes life a heck of a lot easier.

I bought this trash for my new Accurate Boss Fury 500 and really wish I hadn't wasted my money. The reel is great, not the line. So far this week, I've been broken off 3 times. Drag was set loose enough I could pull it with my hand without cutting myself. 50# braid with a 30# leader and the braid keeps breaking, not the leader.

The best line to use when fishing wrecks or deep structure. This line has changed the way I fish for snapper. I now can drop my line precisely to the depth I want with out risking going too deep and getting cut off. Excellent.

My line went almost straight down despite rather strong current due to the thin nature of Depth Hunter. More importantly, I bought this for its colour coded length as I wanted to do some jigging and mid-water fishing.
