Works Well If Leader Spool Is Narrow

Nice idea, grommets hold line well. But for larger spools like 100 yd Seaguar I found I can only use every other spot. For best success, try to use spools that match the width and diameter of the grooves as close as possible. I went back to just keeping the spools loose in my bag.

No more messy boat

cleaned up my leader spools on the boat. Works great. Fits in my larger tackle box and holds what I need for a day or weekend on the water.

I bought this to use for my fluorocarbon leaders and the box was too small for my spools of Shensai

Nice design

Keeps my work station at home really nice and neat especially if i’m just pre-tying my leaders before my trip. I still always bring a extra spool or two.

Plano Leader Spool box

Spool box is great good quality. No problem holding leader up to 60lbs.It's not water tight maybe they will put gasket on lid in the future. Well worth the money.

OK to use at home or in your private boat but not in a tackle box

Bought this to organize line spools inside of my tackle box.
But it's too bulky to store them inside of the tackle box.
I would rather use it at home or on the boat.

I think i just found my new fishing idea!!!!

I am buying one of these ASAP to clean up the box!!!!!! You know it will last you a lifetime because Plano dosen't make shabby products. I still use my grandfathers from the 80's till this day!

I use this box to load spinning reels. Loading from the bottom of the spool cuts way down on line twist.

My tackle box just got cleaned up

One thing that seems to never fit in the tackle box is leader spools. They are all different sizes and take up too much room. This box cleans up your spools and provides a cool way to dispense line through those little holes.

This is tucked neatly into the side pocket of my fishing boat. Zip out and cut leader ready to go. Great product. Keeps boat neat and tidy.
