I like this reel for jigging. So far it has been a champ at bringing up fish to 15 lbs, typically from depths of 40-120 feet on my kayak. The drag works great, the linecounter has not given me any trouble and I live in the rainy, misty state of Washington. We'll see how everything holds up for long term. Is the CW 354 D or DXL the only low profile line counter reel model that Okuma makes?

At this time the Cold Water D and DXL is the only low profile baitcaster with a line counting feature Okuma produces.
