Very good jigging rod.
Purchased this rod just for jigging. Its has a great spine and heavy enough to fight a mid size tuna. The only thing I wish it had was traditional guide alignment. The wrap-around guide placement appears to be slowing the release of line. This is a problem when bottom fishing in 200.
Nice rod
I have really enjoyed this rod. It has great action and is light weight.
Good looking rods
These rods look great and seem strong. I havent had a chance to fish them yet, but, I think these will be perfect for trolling planers.
Fun Rod
Light but extremely strong.
Alot of bang for the buck
great action!
Very Nice
This rod has exceeded my expectations of a inexpensive slow pitch jigging rod. It preforms just as good as other more expensive models. The only down side is the length, I wish this came in a 7 or7.5 ft length as well.
Dream Rod
I tried out my new 400g rated acid wrapped rod this weekend. Absolutely marvelous. It even worked for bottom fishing. This is a great rod at a really good price.
OTI-PB66350C
Great and well crafted rod, very light. Hooked a 30lbs tuna for his first fish. Waitd for the next fishing trip.

The Slow Pitch Black jigging Rod is another great Product from OTi ... Hi end gear at a very reasonable price.
Great rod
nice and light no problem using heavy jigs for fluke and seabass
Great
Tried one of these on a sea bass trip and I was impressed especially for the money it costs great rod
GREAT ROD FOR THE MONEY
A VERY LIGHT STRONG ROD. I USED IT JIGGING FOR COD AND IT PERFORMED LOVELY . TEAMED IT WITH A 4000 XD TWIN POWER FISHED WITH A LITTLE OVER A POUND TOTAL WEIGHT . A GREAT BUY DEFINITELY GOING TO USE IT FOR BOTTOM FISHING TOO .
The weight of the 6'6 spinning is 5.7oz. They warranty on these rods is 1 year.
it is 15 and half inches, and then right to the reel seat is 18 inches.
Hello, The conventional rod comes with a standard guide layout not an acid/spiral style.
This just means the rod blanks core is made of Graphite that is then carbon wrapped to fortify and strengthen the blank
Yes, these would make a great fluke rod for jigging bucktails and heavier fluke rigs.
The lightest this rod can effectively handle will be 80g or 3oz for the rods that have a 12oz max.

Danny,<p>The OTI Pitch Black rod OTI-PB63400S would be fine for school sized YFT (30-50lb). For larger fish you might be a little under gunned, but a customer did catch a 110lb tuna on it. Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you
