Superb Striped Bass Rod
Excellent for live lining and chunking, the 7030CT is my go to. Enough backbone to stop fish and enough action on the tip to see all the small takes. Highly recommend!
Great Inshore Rod
Great inshore rod to pair with a small avet. On the heavier side. Will primarily use this for blackfish.
Lamiglas TFX7020CT Awesome Rod
I actually bought this rod for fluke fishing and pair it, Seigler, Small Game Narrow Lever Drag Reel. It a rod with plenty of backbone on it, yet sensitive enough for fluke fishing. Plan to use this rod and reel combo for tog jigs, should be able to handle blackfish as well. Comfortable for a full day of fishing. Love the cork grips, can't say a bad thing about any Lamiglas rods.…

Lamiglas Tri-Flex
Outstanding rod for lights tackle fluking, artificial or bait. Nice and strong and practically no weight at all.
Very nice tog rod
I paired this tfx7030ct with daiwa saltist 15p star drag reel. Perfect combo for blackfishing!
Missing G1000 Pro
Never met a Lami I didn't like, from the rare glass 605 and Perigree fly rods, to the G1000 steelhead rods for inshore use. I think TD is missing the boat by not offering these rods. When cast distance is everything, 8-1/2' Lami steelhead rod will double the distance of your basic 7' inshore rod. Simple ballistics, 20% more length means 20% greater lure release velocity, and… read more that doubles the cast distance. I've fished the MH Rogue River special since before it was discontinued, and added the GP86MTC for a long rod ML slot. Casting from one slope of a narrow boat channel all the way to fish sign on the cut bank on the other side. Before-first-light dock fishing into the Arroyo Colorado, 15 select long casts with this rod to schoolie spec sign at the edge of the lights got me a limit before 5am every morning for a week - had to release every fish I caught drifting the flats that week. Drift fishing a power boat, the long rod gets your lure far away from boat hull-slap noise. Not trying to lead you away from TD, because they are The Best, but light long rods can be a hoot drift fishing the flats.
Very nice rod
Very nice rod, stiff enough to jig heavier metal, soft enough to cast well. Good feel, exceptional build quality- used to fish st croix, May have just found another addition.
Love my new Lami
I have been wanting this bad boy ever since I picked up two sizes of Fin Noor reels and the quality and good looks of the Lamiglas heavy duty have me set for some serious bottom fishing,
Lami 30CT
I bought this Rod for blackfishing. I have many high end rods, but this is really special. very sensitive but great fighting power. try one & you will be sold .
My live bait and togging rod
if im live lining eels for bass or pulling tog away from structure this is my go to rod, i paired it with an accurate boss valiant 300 and love the combo, the sensitivity of the rod is incredible would highly recommend for these two applications
Plenty of Muscle
Living in Baja you never know what will grab your offerings. So you must be ready to tangle with some really big and tough fish. My LG has held up to big yellowtail, snapper and dorado. A great rod when you need to lay the hammer down dragging big fish out of the rocks.
Striped bass ealing rod in montauk
Great rod for ealing bass
Solid rod.
Bought this rod for togging in NY. Also ended up using it for chunking for Striped Bass. Plenty of back bone for pulling tog out of reefs. Landed a trophy bass and large bluefish without an issue.
Great rod
I really like the cork grips, and it really can throw 1 to 4 ounces. Great action in the tip. It is rate for 8-20 lb test, but I would say 10-20 is more like it.
Easy and light
I think, it is not only wonderful for tog fishing, but it is awesome to use for black Seabass and cod as well.
The trx7030c would be a better overall fit.
Yes, Lamiglas rods are manufactured in Washington, USA.
Yes, absolutely! Lure weight 1/2 - 2 1/2 oz.
Yes, absolutely. A Lexa or a TranX would fit perfectly.
The 7030ct would be a bot light for the application your using the rod for. The 7040ct would be a better fit pairing it with the Seigler SM reel fishing for stripers using live bait.
Absolutely, in fact the TFX7030CT and TFX7040CT have become very popular rods among black-fisherman.
Yes, in fact the Tri-Flex has become a very popular option for Tog and other bottom fishing applications.
The C models and CT models have different reel seats. The C model has a finger trigger underneath the reel seat. The foothold threads down towards the front of the reel. The CT model has no trigger on the bottom and the foothold threads up towards the
The LAM-0106 would be your best bet for your applications.
These rods are excellent live lining rods and can be used for trolling as well. We suggest the LAM-0106.
