Really great rod, I have used for both spotted and striped bass.I personally would probably prefer the 735 for a stiffer rod, but the 734 gets it done for and all around baitcast rod.

This has become one of my go-tos for top water, spinnerbaits, and swimbaits. This is a great value and fishes like a much more expensive rod.

Amazing rod... that's all that can be said. Super lightweight, sensitive, and has plenty of backbone. My FR 703C handles spinnerbaits and jigs like an absolute pro. Will be purchasing more.

Very happy with my Fury 735! Lightweight with enough backbone to bring in the big ones. Good use as a jig/pitching/small swimbait rod.

JUST GOT MY ROD FRIDAY AND TOOK IT OUT SATURDAY AND WILL DEFINITELY BE ADDING MORE TO MY COLLECTION. LIGHTWEIGHT AND PLENTY OF BACKBONE FOR MY BRANKBAITS. GREAT SENSITIVITY, I COULD FEEL EVERYTHING MY CRANKBAIT WAS DOING!! WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE LOOKING FOR A GREAT ROD AT A GREAT PRICE!!

This rod performs as good as, if not better than, most of the high end rods I've used. Definitely going to be adding more Dobyns Fury Series rods to to the arsenal.

When i received the rod, it was concealed very nicely with a rod tip protector and a piece of string to keep it from moving.
Overall the rod performance is amazing. The rod feels very sturdy and durable.
