Love this rod!

It’s light, has bacbone, and feels great to cast. I’ve got a ton of rods and this is one of my favorites.

Whoop some Redfish butt!!!

This rod has put many South Carolina redfish in the boat up to 30in. Nice fast tip for casting lure distance but plenty of backbone to control the fish all the way to the boat. Built with quality components, Fuji, and light enough to cast all day. Paired with the Stradic reel you can't go wrong. Buy many, they won't disappoint.

Great All Around Spinning Rod!

I purchased one of these rods having had enjoyed many Daiwa rods in the past. This rod does not disappoint! I understand that this is the same blank as used in the more expensive XT model, which is a plus, but I like this handle configuration better (i know, personal preference!). What sets this rod apart is the taper of the rod. It feels more like an extra-fast taper but has read more a firm flex under pressure. It really excels in what I bought it for ... a killer Senko rod. I feel that this rod has the perfect lighter, sensitive tip for detecting bites and manipulating Senko worms, combined with enough power to set those 4/0 wide gap worm hooks I normally use with Senko worms. I also found that this rod is perfect for throwing Super Flukes and other swim baits.
