These are great rods for bottom fishing in the Northeast, lightweight and sensitive blanks but tons of backbone. Awesome for the price

This thing is a beast for all your bottom fishing needs. Perfect soft tip for fluke and sea bass, has a great strong backbone for those bigger fish. Also use this for blackfish in Cape May, easily handle those trophy blackfish. Even caught under size bluefins on this all day with no problems.
