This is a handy tool to have especially while kayak fishing. Very conveniently clips to your PFD and cuts line nicely for a time. However the blade dulls after about half a season and by the end of the year no longer cuts braided line cleanly.
A must have while fishing anywere!!!

This tool is a lifesaver cant tell u how many times ive neded to cut braid n didnt have my braid cutters on me, now i carry this with me everytime i go out

I have been using a pair of fingernail clippers for years. What was I thinking. These cutters are great. Cuts mono and braid nicely. The retracting thingy works great too. Going to buy more.

It's light and compact. Cut mono and braid and fluoro without a problem. Had a rapala line cutter with other option and it was very heavy. Read teh reviews on this item and it's gtg.

When im direct tying keeping these on a carabiner clip on my belt loops or on a lanyard around my neck makes it so much easier than walking around to find my snips lol

These work great, as mentioned in other reviews, I am worried about the clip, it seems light duty. Other than that they are very useful and light. I use one in my kayak and one in my boat.
