I purchased this rod(DEFSS66L) for light jigging in the spring for walleyes. Paired with a Piscifun Carbon X 1000 reel. Performed sensitively and casts great.

After a few months of use I've decided I'd rather cast with a 7ft instead of the 6'6. I'll be ordering two more 7ft long for slip bobber rigs and to replace the jig rod. The 6'6 I initially ordered will make a… read more great bobber rod for crappies and fat bluegill. Great price for what you get.

I got the 5’6” rod the other day with Super fast shipping !!! The Rod itself just looks Sharp it’s nice and strong for throwing my Rapalas for trout, In fact Im gonna get the 5’ whenever they get back in stock. $50 can’t beat it
